Ok I think I hit a plateau in my weight loss
I started out really good and was at a constant 2lbs of lost weight per week. But now I stopped losing. I am not gaining any but just not losing. I totally cut out junk food, I have one soda a day (which I really don't want to give up) and I am still excericsing like I have been. Any ideas for some ways to change it up?
