Detox Diet

Hi, Everyone!!

I'm new here and just want to share my diet plans with you.
I started doing a full body detox (for 20 days), with herbal pills and a raw food diet on April 7, 2009.
My height is 5'4' and my weight is 174.
Today is my fifth day on the DD (detox diet). So far, i feel good. I start my mornings (6am) with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of room temperature water followed by a fruit salad, then for lunch (12pm), i have a big veggie salad and when its time for dinner, honestly speaking, i'm not even hungry but i do snack on some nuts just not to have an empty stomach. Thats it for the day. I've been doing this for 5 days already. I drink 10 cups of water throughout the day. Sometimes i'll have a cup of hot tea (any tea is allowed to drink). I haven't weight myself again since the first day but i know i lost inches or something because i feel lighter and my pants don't fit me as tight anymore.
