Exercise motivation!!!!!

I am a 23 yr old girl who has gained so much weight that I have lost all motivation to exercise! It used to be so much easier for me when I was thinner and now that I've gained all my weight I just feel as if I can't get motivated. My knees hurt, my back hurts, and I just want to lose the weight and stick with an exercise program but I feel like everything I try is either too hard or too easy. Any suggestions for me guys? I just started my diet this week and have 66lbs to lose! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
