Getting back on track.....

I joined the gym in January 2009 and have had amazing success. Along with joining the gym and completely changing the way my family and I eat, I've lost 51 pounds.

My biggest motivation for wanting to lose weight is my upcoming marriage.
I'm getting married on July 17th, 2010 and I want to look my absolute best.
I've already bought my dress, that adding more stress to stay on track...right?


Here's my problem (although it probably sounds like excuses..hehe)

Summer came around and I slowly started to fall off the wagon. I could turn away sweets and greasy foods without missing a beat... and now I seem to be falling into my old ways. I haven't gained any weight but my workouts at the gym are pretty useless and only helping in maintaining my weight at the moment.
I find my worst moments are at night....I snack on non-healthy foods. Once my fiance and our kids are in bed...I snack..probably because I know noone is watching me.

I know I shouldn't be eating it, but I can't seem to say no to myself.

So my question is.... how do I get myself back on track?
I still want to be a hot smokin' momma on my wedding day... I just need to find my footing again and get back at it.
