You have to create or join a group to get started and see your log. Go to "find/create a group" and find or create a group. If you create one, tell us about it here in the community and some of us will join! We just need to make sure you'll be an active group member.

When you post messages in this section we don't know who you are, unlike other sites with bulletin boards.

I don't understand how to be able to write your profile.
When I type nothing happens. I am a member of Weight Watchers and have 15 lbs. to loose. I just joined today and don't understand how it all works yet.

New Here Too

Hello, I'n new to the PEERtrainer program. I joined a group today. I've been reading the blog and community sites for the last 6 months and when I woke up this morning I said, today is the day to start feeling better, it's the usual day, everyone starts a diet plan,...New Year's Day.... but I don't want to diet, I want a life style change. I want a better relationship with food and exercising. I want to look and feel younger and have energy.....Wow I sound just like those one of those commercials....hahaha!!! But you know, they are right.
