Tips for weight loss at home!
Losing weight from home can be easy here are some simple tips that will help your weight loss challenge and also help you to be GREEN!
1.Jump Rope- A jump rope is one of the least expensive pieces of workout equipment you’ll ever buy. You can pick one up for a few bucks, or borrow one from your kids. To get a great workout, simply jump rope for 20 to 30 minutes. For a great interval training, jump 100 jumps as fast as you can, then slow down to a more comfortable jump, barely lifting your feet enough to let the rope go through.
2.Walking- Walking is one of the best types of exercise you can do, especially when just starting out. If you have a lot of weight to lose, this is one exercise you can do, even if you can only get around the block just once. You can walk anywhere. You may not have to leave the house to do it, though it does depend on how much space you have. Stairs are great, and can be added to your walking routine. Get out your IPod and start walking!
3.If there is one piece of equipment you should try in your exercise program, it is a exercise ball it is a large and inflatable ball used in place of an exercise bench. Despite being air-filled, it is generally heavy-duty and capable of supporting 600 to 700 pounds of weight. It is comfortable and gives good support. One benefit of using the stability ball is it reduces the perception of ‘working’ in training, especially for beginners- though it is equally beneficial for advanced exercisers. It gives some element of ‘play’ as you are exercising. You needn't be an expert in the gym to use an exercise ball and it is an ideal first piece of equipment in the home as it is very portable and light weight, easy to bring along even when traveling. It is also inexpensive compared to other exercise equipment and it will last for a very long time.
