Need help to lose weight..

Basically, I just need help on what I should change about how much I exercise and my diet. I'm a 18 yr old female, 178 lbs and I'm 5'6. I'd say I have a medium frame and I'm going to college 5 days a week (not sure if that bit of info helps..)

I go to the gym 6 times a week, an hour a day on either the treadmill (walking at 3.0 or 3.5, a little bit of jogging at 4.5 for as long as I can) or the elliptical trainer (about 8,000-9,000 strides).

For breakfast, I usually have cereal (honey nut cheerios OR honey bunches of oats, my favorite!) and low fat milk and an organic banana. About once or twice a week, I'll make myself scrambled eggs and 2 slices of whole wheat bread with orange juice.

For lunch, I have a turkey breast sandwich with light mayo, lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoes (sometimes I skip the tomato). Probably once or twice a week, I'll have 2 slices of pizza.

For dinner, I usually have rice, pork and some green veggies. If it's an early dinner (I go to the gym around 6 PM) I just grab a sandwich and go. After the gym, I snack on some cereal with no milk.

I usually pass out by 10 PM so I don't have time for midnight munchies. I wake up the next morning and start over again! (I make sure to wake up AT LEAST by 9 AM so I can get breakfast in. I don't like to skip meals - heard it was bad for your metabolism!)

I drink 3-4 bottles of water a day. I cut soda and chips and candy completely from my diet. Sometimes I'll have orange juice if I need something sweet.

I'm thinking that I should add more fruits into my diet which is something I'm working on now. We don't usually have fresh fruit at my house which is a problem. :(

But anyway, any bit of help would be wonderful. I'm aiming for 150 - 155 lbs by December, I hope that is possible.
