WHY, IF WE FEEL SO GOOD WHEN WE ARE THIN, DO WE ALWAYS OVER EAT AGAIN?!

So many of us do seem to be able to get our weight down to a "happier" level for a while, but inevitably most of us loose the plot eventually and back up we go again until we are unhappy enough to make another attempt.

What do you think it is exactly, which causes you to start over-eating again?

Or, in other words, what makes it seemingly impossible for us to continue to eat only the amount of calories that we are expending?

In my case , it has always required tremendous motivation, time and thought to eat less than I want to, and eventually the motivation is no longer sufficient for me to put in the daily effort required....so up I go again!

70+ yrs,
Yo Yo dieter but never more than 10kg overweight...down to goal about 5 times. This is my 6th effort, and I'm hoping I will find the answer to permanent weight loss with Peertrainer
