Knee problem
Hi guys, I just turned 23 and am trying to join the service (Navy Seals). I have been pretty much fit for my whole life. Havent been running or working out so much lately but my in my job feild I am walking and active for most of the day. Let me just get straight to my problem, I have to start training before I join so I decided to start running. Went to my gym (I have gone at time in the past, ran and all) but this time, as before I decided to run on the tread mill until I get moderately tired. Everything went fine, but the next day I woke up went to work, and my right knee started bothering me. Its not a pain but a very annoying aching, ans sometimes it pops and cracks as it didnt before. Im going on the second month now with this problem, have been to the doctor, he did xrays, looked at my knee and told me nothing is wrong. Im not a doctor but I dont think something is wrong, I mean im going on 2 months now woth this, extremely worried about it. The aching is bad when walk or when I run it gets really bad. I tried running a couple of weeks ago because the doctor sayed to but it was the same, maybe worse. Havent tried since, I dont know what to do. Can anyone please chime in with any advice, help, personal experiences. Thanks you for reading, and posts in advance
