- Berries [Acaii, Gogi, black, blue, straw] - in that order
- Flax Seeds [finely grounded]
- Yogurt [Nonfat organic Greek style]
- Wild Salmon
- Olive Oil
- Barley/Assorted legumes
- Fresh Garlic
- Oats [Steel Cut]
