Okay PT people I want to know your ultimate top ten, why bother with anything but the best right?:
How about this list. I am trying to cover the type bases
(please disagree if you can):

Blueberries
Raisins
Flax meal
Whole wheat
Tuna fish
Spinach
Steel Cut Oats
Tomatoes
Carrots
Fat-free Cottage Cheese

- Steel Cut Oats
- Fresh Fish (usually Tuna and Salmon)
- Organic Chicken Breasts (due to versatility)
- Asparagus/Broccoli
- Olive Oil
- Berries
- Fresh Garlic
- Greek style Yogurt
- Avocado

- Berries [Acaii, Gogi, black, blue, straw] - in that order
- Flax Seeds [finely grounded]
- Yogurt [Nonfat organic Greek style]
- Wild Salmon
- Olive Oil
- Barley/Assorted legumes
- Fresh Garlic
- Oats [Steel Cut]
- Asparagus/Broccoli/Beets
- Almonds/walnuts
