eating 500 calories a day.

hey, im a 15 year old girl i am 172cm tall and i weigh 54kg. I have been doing rhythmic gymnastics for 8years but i quit a year ago..
I was starting to gain weight and my sisters and brother and grand parents call me fat. so i one day looked at my self in the mirror and i seriously was fat well i saw my self fat.. So i started a diet. i first didnt eat almost anything.. i didnt eat breakfast i didnt eat lunch and when i came home from school i only ate 1½dl of food. soon my parents found out that i dont eat at school and they almost called my school to make sure i eat, but i convinced them not to.but i still kept my diet.. Then i read from the internet about the 'starvation mode' and i didnt want to get fat so i stopped the diet and changed it.
now i dont eat any sweets or ships or junk food i only eat healthy i exercise and i wanna lose atleast 6kg!!! i eat in the mornings one bread and a fruit and lots of water then at school i eat a bread and at home i eat only alittle until i feel full or until im almost full, if we have potato and sauce i eat one potato and 1 scoop of sauce. now I've started to list every calorie i eat or drink and i found out i eat 500calories a day. I am not hungry and im not starving. cause i eat alot but healthy foods only. i dont know how much i weigh right now but last time i checked i was 54kg but that was 2 months ago. i watch and read thinspiration everyday! and i wanna be a model. im sending my application there this week :) i hope i get in, and if i dont then i have to lose weight and fast! so i just wanna ask that is there any really fast way to loose weight? i really wanna keep my diet please help!! asap!
