women and muscles
Is there anyone out there that is not only trying to lose weight but to also gain muscle? I'm really trying to focus on long lean muscles and not just how much I weigh.

I am trying to do that, but what I'm finding is I need to add more cardio in at this point and keep steady with my weight lifting. Otherwise I have this layer of fat over my nice muscles, but it just looks like more fat.
And I am proud to say I just benched 105!

I love to lift for muscle! I love being able to lift more and more every month, and my body looks better because of it!

Are you saying more cardio? Is that why my legs look the same? How long will it take for my muscles to bust through the fat? Every other muscle on my body seems to be taking on some definition but what about my legs? By the way this is where I stash all of my fat.
