i need a little support and advice.

i am currently a 19 year old girl and very insecure about my weight among many other things. i've been going to the gym for the past month and strictly monitoring my diet -- i've since lost about 10 lbs. i would like to lose 20 or so more. every visit with my parents becomes a self-esteem check for me. i finally feel like i'm getting somewhere, but i'm brought right back down again. i am called 'overweight' and 'gross' behind my back. i've spoken to them about this and it continues. it hurts me greatly and definitely makes me rethink if what i'm doing is even possible. it just puts a damper on my entire drive and goal.

i do 3 10x reps for various lightweight exercises and 30 minutes on the elliptical nightly. i'm wondering if this is sufficient or should i increase my workout? i know everyone says 'start small' etc. but i am a very habit forming person and 45 minutes in the gym isn't a big deal to me.

if anyone has dealt with unsupportive relatives
