How am I doing?

I had 255 cholesterol. Take 5 mg. crestor bringing ldl way down. Trig. still just under normal but way up there. I gather i need to clean up arteries and blood. I was 198 lbs. now 165 and only losing 1 lb. week. doing curves and treadmill. all this since Dec. 09. I do 2 pieces protein bread or oatmeal in the a.m. just before workout i have an apple. after gym i come home getting a southwest salad no chicken and dilute dressing. after 3-4 hours i have a healthy choice frozen dinner. snack later on fruit or veges. and one 100 calorie snack (like popcorn). I need to go to 150 easy. This is a mission not maintenance. i am trying to repair damage right now and bring fat bmi down.
