my first day..

My first day of being careful with what I eat was hard....i did cheat...already. But I did say no to alot of my urges to just pick up whatever and eat,however I didn't say no to all. My mother made fudge today and without thinking i grabbed a few pieces and ate them. Because of that i paid extra attention to what i was doing...
All in all i ate,
For breakfast: 3 toaster strudels w/o the icing, a glass of milk and an orange
Snack:fudge:(
Lunch: a bowl of homemade chili w/2 slices of muenster cheese w/ a 24 oz bottle of mountain dew:(
Dinner:5 cocktail shrimp some taco dip and 2 12oz. Glasses of water
Late night snack: a few raw green beans.
I feel starved right now... I cut quantities ALOT but i know i made a few mistakes....eating less(leads to binging) not eating a well- balanced breakfast(slows metabolism and causes pigging out on later meals) and drinking the mountain dew... I should've made some herbal tea like I was suggested...but... Again old habits and not paying attention led to mistakes.
I won't quit! Tomorrow is another day!(dramatic flag waving in the background)

Tomorrows breakfast is gonna be tuna patties fried w/ olive oil and an orange with some hot tea to drink...sounds good huh? :-S
