Eating when stress

I am having a problem eating whenever i feel stressed, I gain weight and lose weight,I have just become a blended family and getting to learn everyone's personality can become stressful. I have joined L.A.Fitness and I have a personal trainer,however my motivation has gone down the drain,i know i need to make time for myself,but when you are burned out from dealing with the family there is really know time for nothing else.The children need me,and i am the mommy for all of them my children and his,ages are 16,13,12,11,11,9,9,and i try to do everything around their time..i just need advice on how to get motivated,and how to find time for myself without feeling guilty....please help
