When will i notice a difference ?

Hi all, i have been dieting and training for 2 weeks now, 3rd week started yesterday.

I have been eating healthy, Special K in morning, fruit for lunch and jacket potato and meat in the evening. Drinking only water and green tea. Although i have had one day last weekend when i drunk a lot of lager.

I have hit the gym 4 times a week, each time doing interval training on the bike (about 30 mins but up to 200 Kcal) then weights and then 200 kcal interval training on runner and 100 Kcal on the rower (intervals)

I do upper body weights twice a week and lower twice in a circuit.

I work bloody hard so i am exhausted when i finish and ensure my weight work is high weight low reps for 5 or 6 times (usually 8-12 reps ensuring my muscles are almost spent at the end)

I am worried as i have not seen any real progress as of yet and have not really lost any weight (on the scales) yet, am i doing something wrong ? Is it all waiting just to fall off at once ? Where am i going wrong ?
