hope this gives some hope to someone

i wanted to share and give a ray of hope to a person i was 3 mths ago.
3 mths ago i was 260 lbs. i had no energy and had given up on ever losing weight. i was given a pass to a gym for 6 months. when i first went to the gym i felt very out of place. baggie sweat pants and an oversized t-shirt. i don't think anyone gave me a second thought. i was only able to do 2-3 min on the elliptical and bike. the rest of the time i would just walk the track to finish an hour. i never thought i was going to get anywhere. i cried on the ride home most days but i never quit.
now here it is 3 mths later and i am stronger. i have lost 35 lbs. and i can do 30 min on old ellie on a mid range level and i can do 30 min on the bike.
i just want to say don't give up on yourself.
