New approach, Beck with Weight Watchers, new group formed, join!!

Hi, I've done them all it seems. I look back and think what worked the best, where was I most successful, and it's when I did Weight Watchers with the Point of No Return program. I am still active here with PT, but have decided to take out my Beck Solution book out, dust if off and re-read it. I love it, remembering how much sense it makes. And I've always loved WW. They have a new program I guess, and I dont go to meetings, but I like it all, the points, the fact no food is prohibited, but of course healthier choices work better,,, earn pts for working out. So I started a new group, not sure how to link it, but it's there, Beck with Weight Watchers. Join me and let's get started tomorrow.... 20 off by mid April is my goal.
