Ever Just Want to quit, thats how I am feeling

well I weighed in again today.. back in the 180's 182. I exercise everyday mixing it up from running strength training Various cardio so my body don't get used to it. I don't eat white flour products, I don't eat junk and I live in Junk Food Central. its at my finger tips everyday. I drink water, not alot of sugar. I eat alot of plant based foods. sooo You tell me.. why isn't this working.

I started at 370.. got down to 169. seperated from my husband went back in the 170,s went to the hospital went back up to 180's from meds, and I seem to keep bouncing between 179 to 182. sooo maybe my goal of lower numbers is just not meant to be.

I had a somoene tell me that maybe my ideal weight is 170's and you know maybe she was right. because no matter what I do.. what I dont eat. no matter how much I exercise. I always end up back there.

this past week I have had more carbs, but this has been going on for months. yo yoing back and forth. I am just so tired of it and get so depressed fighting it

any thoughts would be appreciated.. I am seriously thinking about stop trying so hard and just let the chips fall where they may.
