Messing up!

I've gained four pounds. It may sound insignificant but it's the WAY I've gained it that's scary. These out-of-control binge sessions I have at night, after dinner, are killing me.

I remember reading a PT article by Jackie that said all I have to do is commit myself to ONE GOOD DAY. Today is that day. I've been doing great so far and I believe that I can make it through the rest of the day.

I'm also making a few ground rules to help me:
1. No eating from the vending machine (this might save me money, too)
2. No eating at my desk
3. No eating after 8:30 p.m.

HELP hold me accountable!!
