Overweight and depressed...HELP

I am 28, 5'6" and 240lbs. Every time I say I'm going to start a diet etc I just get sidetracked. I did the Isagenix cleanse last summer and it was great! I was lighter than ever, only to get comfortable and fall off the wagon. I finally moved somewhere with a gym onsite & now workout before work every morning but really need diet advice. This is by far the heaviest I've ever been and I just can't let it continue. I was going to try WW but hear bad things about the new points system. I know I will lose the weigth on Isagenix, but that is obviously not something I can do for the rest of my life. I don't know what to do...run/jog on the treadmill, the elliptical, weights...or what? I'm so confused. I am so disgusted that I don't even buy clothes anymore & hardly go out. I've been to nutrtionists and that is just not for me. There has to be a way. So, I am turning to my PT family for advice. Any workout & diet suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
