can you help me?

hello i really dont cook alot except on weekends my husband does the
cooking i want to loose weight i usually eat plain oatmeal made with
milk and dinner chicken with vegges, a potatoe for dinner thats
usually my diet and drinks 4 glasses of water when i dont do good on
my diet i eat the same and drink the same except i add the junkfood in
the afternoon or load up on junkfood at nitetime i need a meal plan on
wheat to eat eachday i weigh 148 my height is 5'4 i would like to
weigh 125
