According the the pink patch website:
"Don't give up your social life and become a slave to the gym to achieve that perfect body. Simply put on the Pink Patch and take off those stubborn pounds - it's that easy."
I think that statement might help us judge the worth of the pink patch.

I saw an add for this on a website the other day, I am sure it is no different then like hoodia or some herbal supplement of that sort.

IMO - I thinks it's probably a load of crap. Just like any other FAD diet/suppliment

it works to a certain extent
Hi there! I tried the pink patch and you can check out what happened to me on my blog http://babblingverbose.blogspot.com if you want to know all the details. The pink patch does have all natural ingredients that won't cause any side effects and it does curb your appetite. That being said, don't go running out to purchase it just yet. If you are average sized person that is looking to just trim down a little, the pink patch isn't going to help you. If you're an overweight/obese person you will be more likely to see weight loss results from use of the Pink Patch. The reason is that the pink patch will curb your appetite therefore causing you to consume less calories. If you eat less calories than you're burning you'll lose weight. It's easy math. An overweight person will also burn more calories doing the same activity as someone who is their average counterpart simply because it takes more energy to move a larger mass. That's why as you lose weight as you get closer to your ideal weight, it becomes more and more difficult to lose weight (stubborn last 5 lbs anyone?) *^_^* Anyways, in the end the best way to achieve any fitness/weight loss goal is going to be a healthy eating lifestyle and exercise. I'm a gym rat, dancer and fitness junky who has tried just about every single weight loss program that has been put in front of me and I can still say that nothing works as effectively as getting up and moving! Hope this helps and Good luck!!! *^_^*

The Pink Patch
I tried the free trial from the pink patch. It did work for me. I did want to eat less. This is not to say everyone will be the same, but it did work.

The only healthy way to reduce your body fat and weight -- and keep it off for good -- is to eat lots of fresh fruits, veggies and whole grains. Stop eating the saturated fats like butter and cheese. Stay away from pizza, white rice and white pasta, fast food burgers and fries, cream of anything soup recipes, etc. The more fresh fruits and vegetables you eat, the better.
But alas, people don't want to hear this. They want to take a pill or wear a patch so they can keep eating the junk that passes for food in this country. I'm sorry to tell you, even if it seems to work at first, it's not going to do it for the long term.
You must change your eating habits so that the vegetables are the main course and anything else you eat is a side dish, in a side dish portion. There is no panacea.
