go hilary! don't mess with texas
Obama is a slickster. Glad to see the race is going towards Hilary's favor.
Wed. Mar 5, 10:15am
While I think Clinton would (will?) make a better President, I wouldn't be unhappy to see either Obama or Clinton in office. I just hope that they don't attack each other in trying to win to such an extent that the Democratic nominee is crippled in running against McCain.
But yes, Go Hillary!

She is definitely a winner. I am happy about her recent wins. I think she is the stronger candidate....and I like Obama too. But I think she is experienced and ready for office. And we are ready for her.

These are pretty bold statements you are making. I have had enough Clinton in office just as I have had enough Bush. You are assuming that the world is ready to give the "Most Powerful" title to a woman. Hate to be biased, but don't think it's gonna happen. If it does, I can see why Europe will be the next and final world power.
I have had enough scandal. Hilary is no exception to this. Obama is our "man".

Whoa 11:12!!! Why shouldn't the "most powerful" person in the world (very arguably -- that might better be applied to some oligarch like Bill Gates) be a woman? Whatever you may think about Hillary Clinton as an individual, I don't think that women in general lack ability, knowledge, leadership skills, or judgment.

I don't think Bill's inability to keep his pants zipped has anything to do with his job as a president or Hillary's character. President Clinton is by far one of the best presidents we've ever had in office (Under JFK of course). What politicians do in their private life has no barring on how their job goes. Let's not confuse the two.

Wow, hot thread! Perhaps the rise in tension is helping people to lose weight!
I'm a male that prefers Hillary, but I might flip sides this year. Mccain strikes me as not the same old Republican... his own party doesn't like him. Thats a plus in my book.

Yeah that's it. It was all about Monica. Were you even awake in the 90's?
Go do your homework before you make an absurd statement like that.
Here, let me get you started...

Maybe you should take a prozack before you blow that vein in your head and respond to someone's opinion just because they don't agree with yours!

My goodness. Isn't that what you are doing?
hypocrate!
Someone could have an opinion the sky is green even though it negates all factual information.
Hows this for an opinion? You are an idiot.

1:50 I didn't click in, but obviously it's a scandals page. For what it's worth, both parties are full of scandals. As far a reference point, I hardly think a "personal" tripod page should be used as an authority reference for a political argument.
The current administration as well as many others have skeletons.

I'd like her to win but I think obama is too far ahead. It's like mathematically impossible if they go by delegates. She'd have to pull in the lawyers.

I'm not an American - but I've been watching it on CNN. I sincerely think that Clinton would do a FANTASTIC job in the White House. I honestly can't stand Obama - he's all talk (I think!)

Very well said! It's sad we continue to judge people on their job by what happens in their personal life.

Hm...could Bill go on the ticket as the VP candidate if Hillary gets the nomination? Wouldn't that be interesting.

My ideal -- not that it's likely to happen -- would be a Clinton/Obama ticket. I want them both to be President! And it would resolve doubts about Obama's experience.

Hey guys - I am not American, but of course get snippets of the news. So what do you guys think the outcome of this will be? Hilary? Obama? Or another Republican?

Yay! Hillary!
Totally agree with the Obama slickster comment. Even if he wasn't a slickster, he certainly hasn't earned his chops to be president.
