Health and tips to get looking nicer for husband/family/job

Over the years i have gained 45 unwanted pounds. Its hard to find clothes to fit. Would like to look nicer to please my husband, have more confidence in looking for a job, and to make my family think better of me. ALL of this of course starts in building my OWN self-confidence. Looking for others with same or similar goals.

Lane Bryant is size 14 and up, I've found some flattering clothes there. I'm a size 16, and want to lose about 50 pounds. My worst body part is my stomach, it's hard to hide. JC Penney's has a plus size section, and lower prices, but I find pants that look better on me at Lane Bryant. It's nice to easily find my size when I'm there.

If your arms are flabby, you can wear 3/4 length sleeves, that just go past your elbow. V-necks & scoop neck shirts make your neck look longer. If you go sleeveless, like for a bathing suit, tank top, or nightgown, choose wider shoulder straps. Those are some tips I've learned!
