I've had a pair for a year and a half and I love them. The instructional DVD that comes with them says you can wear them for all of your aerobics and things but I find that I only like to use them for walking. (I walked 20 miles overnight for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention last June and the shoes were fantastic). I tried them with kick boxing and other exercises but I just didn't feel stable enough. Also, when I wear them on the subway I feel like a weeble wobble if I'm standing. But, I always wear mine to walk whether I'm exercising or just going out for a long day of shopping. :-) Anyone considering them should definitely go to the store and try the style that you're buying on. I tried one pair on that fit, but ordered a different style online and I had to send them back 2 times to get the correct size (I'm normally an 8.5 but I ended up with a 10). Hope that helps!
