I just gave in to 2 pieces of chocolate cake... couldn't stop at one. Write down your cravings in here and it may make you feel better. or write down what you gave in to, coz we all do it...

I was completely stressed out and pulled out a bag of cookies I made the other day for my husband and his friends. I, after being in a rush all day and stressed from my boss, I ate the remaining cookies today....all 9 of them. :(
Tomorrow is a new day and I will not do this again!

My cravings are for one of two things:
Carbs or fat!

My major craving is Potato Chips. I haven't eaten any chips for just over 1 month now - since I started PT. I have craved it, and there were opportunities for me to have them - Office Chip party and Office potluck - but I stayed strong!
