Don't want to workout today - support please
Hi - I've been doing really well about working out, but I don't want to today. I could be doing it right now, but I'm not. I know I'll feel good. Help!

Well if you could be doing it now and you still aren't I have one thing to say to you. Get up off your butt and workout! There, there is a good kick in the arse to get you moving :) just try to remember how good you will feel once it is done.

When I feel like that I force myself to do at least 10 minutes of exercise. Usually once I start, I keep going for 30 minutes or more. Sometimes just putting on my exercise clothing and shoes will make me feel like I'm halfway there.

I second the above post. I have a couple of dvds that have 10 minute sessions and once the 10 minutes is over I am hooked :)

I did it!
Thank you! I followed your ideas. I did a 10 min. video workout - but then I ended up having so much fun that I kept on going for another 10 min.

Congratulations! Stick with that rule, and you'll do great! Just getting going is often the toughest thing. I do a lot of workouts in the mornings before work, and the hardest part is getting out of bed and getting started. Once I'm that far along, I'm doing great! Keep up the good work...

GOOD FOR YOU!
Good job! It is hard to get moving first thing in the morning. Sometimes it helps me to get into my workout clothes as soon as I wake up in the morning. That cuts down on the excuses you could make because you're already set to go.
