New group for gals in their 20s/30s who want to be healthy, sexy and full of energy!
Hi there. I read in the help section that a good place to get members for your group is to post in the community section of the lounge - so that's what I'm doing! We are a group of 20-30 year old gals who are looking to either lose weight, or just simply be healthier...and to encourage and motivate and support, while also calling each other out when need be. Being local inear Washington DC, Reston, VA) is good because it provides chances to meet up to work out, etc.
I personally am on the Weight Watchers plan, so I'd love to have another member or two to discuss my experiences with!
