water
is it true that drinking 8 glasses of water will add glow to the skin?
Tue. Feb 12, 8:53pm
Just watched an interesting show the other night : "How your body works" on Disc. health channel, they stated " there is no difference to your skins firmness, elasticity, or glow as long as you get H2O in any form weather it be in juices, fruit, even meats , the study showed you do not ever have to drink an actual glass of water."But the equivelent to a half galon a day. Another words as long as you get it in other ways it won't make a difference.

I have heard something similar but I have to believe that it makes a difference to your kidneys and maybe liver. Your body needs to be able to flush the toxins. If you are puting toxins in your body with all the diet stuff then you better be drinking water to flush it out.
BTW I am one of those who drink the diet stuff too.
Not a scientific oppinion, just mine.

It all depends on your reasons for drinking it. To stay hydrated, drink it in any form. To flush toxins... you need the pure stuff, and lots of it at a time. You dont hose down your driveway with one gallon of water.
