Calories and Sex!!!

How many calories on average to you burn having sex???

Wow, pp, you are a meany-balinni.

To answer the OP, I think it would depend on intensity and duration. If it's two minutes, I wouldn't even count it, but if it's intense and a significant amount of time, I would log it. It's kind of like yoga in a way...or, as least it is for me!

i don't think you should log sex as a workout, i think it's an added bonus of calories burned, a great cardio workout (and not to mention it's so damn fun!)
