Teeth whiter

My dentist said that we should be brushing for 2 minutes each time we brush. I think I was doing like 30 seconds, so I bought everyone in the house (2 teens, 2 adults) a timer - and what a shock after two weeks of brushing for 2 minutes each time we all have much brighter/whiter teeth!
who would have thought the experts know what they are doing ; )

The first time I used my electric toothbrush with the 2 minute timer - I felt like I was brushing for an eternity! But I could feel what a difference it made!

I still hate getting the flossing demonstrations at the dentist! I'm 40 years old, I know how to floss - I just don't do it every day!! :)

two minutes does at first feel like a life time, we use a timer too and after a while you get use to it. It does make a huge difference.

I brush my teeth once or twice per week with baking soda (in addition to normal brushing). My teeth are many shades whiter than they were before baking soda! I also use baking soda toothpaste and floss 3x per week. My teeth are gleaming.

when i bought my sonicare, i thought the same thing. the 2 minute quad pacer took forever! but now, i've increased the time on my timer for another 30 seconds just to make sure! 30 seconds for each section- top front, top back, bottom front and bottom back, and an extra 30 seconds to go back over it all!

Yep - I <3 my sonicare. Best money I've spent in a long time. It has paid for itself 5x over with fast cleanings and I've not had a single cavity since I got it. Flossing has been harder. I now floss every day and sometimes twice. My gums are getting as healthy as my tooth enamel.

I didn't realize how old teeth could make you look til mine were gleaming white again.

Yep...sonicare makes a tremendous difference. I feel the diofference in my own mouth and as a dental professional I've seen huge clinical benefits in patients who use one (2 minutes and following the instructions that come with the sonicare).
