Your story is inspiring. We all need second chances in our journey. I just read that failure is an illusion. We do things that produces results that we can choose to brood over or choose to learn from. Sounds like you are learning from your results.

I just restarted my journey. Beginning in November I started back up and joined a gym, got a trainer. I have dropped 12lbs and some inches. This week has been an emotional challenge. I have group but we are down to 2 members for our last week of the Holiday Challenge. After the first of the year, I will be looking for a new group so I can reach my long term goal at the end of May.

I will keep an eye on your progress. Keep up your positive attitude.
