PEERtrainer is a great place to be accountable to yourself as well as get the
motivation and support to help with the most important part of the diet - the
follow through. PEERtrainer can be highly effective and allows you to build a
broad motivation network that's there for you when you need it.
It's relatively simple; Follow 3 easy steps:
1) You create or join a group with up to three others. You log
your goals, meals and workouts, and the other group members do the same. Each
member comments and keeps each other accountable and motivated.
2) To get started click on "Find/Create A Group" and search for a group or
two. You can join any group you want, regardless of the location. If
you don't find one that fits, create one. When you create a group, you'll be
able to advertise it on the site for others to join.
3) You can join as many groups as you want, our members suggest that three
is a good number to be part of. You can also invite friends
directly into your groups.
