i guess im at a pretty normal weight 130. but id like to lose 10lbs ESPECIALLY on my stomach. i run about 4 miles everyday, but im still not happy with my body and especially my midsection.


I am a full-time nurse, mom, girlfriend, Pampered Chef consultant - anything else? :)


I'm 32, 5'2", 119lbs, my goal is to get down to 110-112lbs. I'm lifting "heavy" weights to create a lean, toned body which is much more important to me than the scale number. I'm a size 2, and I'm not considered overweight but I don't have the toned physique I want to have. I'm a critical care nurse work the night shift so it's difficult at times to keep up with a healthy eating routine. I'm also a foodie, so I enjoy trying new foods, restaurants, doing food trips. I'm very disciplined so when I start a routine, I stick to it, but the eating clean 7 days a week really affects my social life.
