I am 19 and sick of my bad habits! I am currently about 155 and would like to get back to my weight Junior year when I was 117. I am a BINGE eater and an emotional eater and I feel very out of control. I also have a problem with mindless grazing and I can't seem to stop myself even when I KNOW I am not hungry. By eating sensibly I'd like to be able to rein that part of my life in and get it under control so I can focus on more important things. ( Like my VERY promising new boyfriend =D)

I am 33 yrs old. I have a great husband who supports me no matter what I do. I have 3 boys ages 7, 6, 4, and a little girl age 7 mos. I work 3 days/wk. I love to workout, but finding time is very hard. I want to eat healthier, eat clean, get the processed food out of my house, but lack motivation.
