I am in my in my twenties and in the daily madness of work and life I've lost track of my weight. I've lost the weight before getting down to 160 lb and I know that I can do it again.

I workout like crazy, eat great during the day, but get crazy late night munchies and sabotage all my hard work. Just looking to drop another 6 pounds

I am a 27 y/o from Boston Ma with ambitions of getting into the Public Safety sector. Currently I am Security Lt at a major hosptial in the Boston area and a certified EMT. I am looking ti gain employment with either Boston Fire or Boston EMS.
