Child of the King - the Lord Jesus Christ. I am the wife of a pastor. We have 4 grown children and 1 granddaughter. We lead very full and busy lives. Had breast cancer in 2003 - menopause followed. Last 6 years has been a struggle navigating and trying to alleviate symptoms. At this point I may be seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Hallelujah!

I am a mom of 2 with a career. I don't have or make time for me because I'm busy taking care of everyone...my family and my job. I eat terribly, am a big time emotional eater, and don't drink water...well hardly ever. I need to make a lot of changes in my life!
