I became vegetarian about 1 month ago and am finding cooking enjoyable and eating less processed foods. I've been reading food blogs almost everyday for the last month too. I've always exercised, gym classes, weights, running, biking but go through phases of being active.

I'm a 45 yr old mother of 2. My girls are 7 and 3. I had them late in life. I want to be healthy so I can keep up with them ( ha) and be around to watch them grow up and start families of their own.

I am 53 years old, just about 54, work fulltime, try to walk everyday and do yoga.
