I have been overweight practically my whole life. After I had my boys I finally got motivated and lost down to 145lbs. Then I became unemployed, and went to school full time to earn my associates degree. My weight stabilized around 160lbs. Before I even finished my degree I landed my dream job. But not quite my dream hours, 12 hour rotating shifts. I became too busy or too tired to work out and fast food became the normal. All down time was spent in a bar or a bottle. This has gone on for long enough, two years too long. Since the start of the new year I have lost almost 10 lbs, I have gotten on my treadmill more days than not and I an spending my down time actually relaxing. 140 he I come....
