I am a nineteen year old student at The Ohio State University. I am a dedicated business student and singer.

















I'm in the military and was a very fit person, enjoying workouts. In the past 1.5yrs I've gained 40 lbs, from cutting out workout to almost non exsistant while still consuming the same amount of calories (beer and bar food killed me!!! Lesson LEARNED!) I have to get in shape for my health as well as my career, and I'm looking forward to getting out of this rut I've allowed myself to get into.

I am 41 with 3 children, engaged. I enjoy running, hiking, backpacking. Basically I love anything outdoors. I work full time in addition to all my household duties. I am trying to make more time for my workouts in addition to eating healthier. I am looking forward to this challenge.

17 year old girl...i used to be really really skinny, but it wasn't healthy (although it wasn't an eating disorder), i've since gained a healthy amount of weight, and have been relatively happy with my body. lately though ive realized my health is not where it should be. im following a very unhealthy lifestyle of binge eating and no exercise during my few weeks of no soccer. every night i tell myself the next day i will start my new healthy lifestyle. and it never happens. food is my weakness, i just simply like eating. i eat eat eat, just because i want to. i really just want to be a health nut and eat great and feel great, and that is my primary goal. i know if i do this, i will get my abs back and will feel better and even perform better on the soccer field.

I am a 21. I live in Dayton, OH. As far back as I can remember I have been self conscious about my body. When I was in highschool I weighed in at 173 lbs. I became vegetarian and lost 13 lbs. That's when I became obsessed with losing weight. I then did a juice fast and lost another 10 lbs weighing between 145-150 depending on what I ate or drank. I weighed myself everyday and was obsessed with losing more and more. It didn't help that I got alot of compliments about how great I looked. Well that's when I met my boyfriend. We have been dating for a year and a half now and I have gained 10 lbs since then. He is alot smaller than me weighing in at 135. I weigh 160. It makes me extremely self concious but I love him and obviously that's not a very good reason for breaking up with someone. I am just ready to lose weight the healthy way and keep it off and get my confidence back up.


























I'm 6-7 and tall, work as a courier, love to read, watch movies, and I love to dance. Unfortunately I haven't done a lot of dance due to a lazy lifestyle (kids and life will do that to you sometimes). Now I want to get back on the wagon (or exercise bike) and get back into being fit not because I have to but because I want to.





I am a fun girl who loves to have a good time. Im definately a big drinker and i think that was a BIG part in my weight gain. i used to love to dance but the more weight i gain the less i dance so i just dont now.I love music and all types some favorites are 90s alternative a little bit of 80's and a lot of rap and hip hop. I love to play rockband i am expert on drums, and let me tell you that by itself is a workout. I have recently got out of a serious relationship although we still see each other just like we are together. I just cant seem to let go. We broke up because of my weight. I have gaines 80 pounds in a year in half. i am definately not the girl he fell in love with anymore.

I'm fifteen and a half - so pretty young. It's easier to lose weight as a kid, so I figure I should do it now and get it over with. I'm fifteen for God's sake. I shouldn't weigh 210 at a height of 5"3, my softball coach thinks I weigh 180..I must look smaller than I am.

My name is heather! I am trying to find something that works for me. I need to have the mind set in order to lose weight. I am getting married in May, and I want to lose weight and I need to lose weight for my health. I cant remember being skinny, that is bad. I go to college and I try to walk more, but the sweets get me and I wish I could just stop. I think that if I put my mind to it I can do anything. I'm a 21 year old female, I weigh 147 as of 01/29/11. I'm pretty happy with my body, except for my arms and my stomach. Whenever I lose weight, it tends to come off the stomach, but my arms are always the same. I have awful flabby triceps. I've done weight training for that particular area, to tone it some, but it doesn't help very much. I figure that is just a really stubborn area, and will only reduce if I drop 10-12 lbs. I originally thought it was some kind of medical problem, but my doctor tells me it isn't, as has a fitness trainer.








I am losing weight to feel physically better (I hate having this nerveless mass around me all the time.) and to be treated better (Everyone knows this happens.). Plus, I have a whole size 8 wardrobe that was pretty expensive and I'd like to have it back.

I'm a registered dental hygienist and certified nutritionist. I am trying this cleanse because I want to learn more about it and trust JJ. I did try a cleanse with good results but I learned from JJ the importance of the amino acids during a cleanse, so I am putting myself through hers for 14 days. I also want to be able to speak with my own clients about this from good experience.
