I am 51year old woman,married with a 22 year old daughter. I have struggled with weight related issues all my life. I know I am an emotional eater. I am ready to release this weight and the emotional and physical burden I carry with it.

I am a 24 yr old female. I would like to lose between 10-15 lbs. I have a pretty busy life and struggle with meal planning and with motivation to get up and exercise! I want to achieve a more balanced life and I want to feel confident and secure with my body, inside and out!
