College student valuing education. Athletic, but not skinny. I like to go for jogs and play soccer. I like going on dates. I have a pretty messed up sleeping schedule.

I am a 26 year old Chicagoan who recently discovered raw foods. I am training for a half marathon this spring...and possibly a marathon (who knows!). I have about 10 lbs I would like to trim off - I feel a little lethargic all the time from carrying it around. Other than that, I like to run (kind of apparent), ride horses, do yoga, and read about nutrition and health. I recently did a raw food detox and loved it! I plan to do the same thing in April. As far as work goes, I am a patent attorney concentrating in pharmaceutical litigation.

I'm really into health and fitness and love running

I have been married for 9 years, I'm 28 yo and I weight 133lbs. I'm vegetarian. My priority in life is to help people learn about the bible by giving free bible classes. I'm a nurse, so I also enjoy helping people be healthier and to lose weight. Once in a while I interpret medical appts to have a break from nursing paper work.

I'm 33yrs old and used to be size 5/6 a few years ago. Since I hit 30 my metabolism has slowed down and now I'm a size 9/10. I know that this alone doesn't make me gain weight, but adding it to the inactivity of my life and not so healthy food I eat hugely affects it. I work in the learning and development field. I sometimes have to get in front of people as a facilitator and train them on various topics. I need to have the self confidence to be up there and focus on the topics at hand. I've been married for 10 years to my high school sweetheart, a wonderful guy.

I am 36 yrs old. I have been married 10 years this past July. I have 2 children from my first marriage, and 4 with my husband, for a total of 6 children. I have been overweight my entire adult life. I have also struggled with depression since I was a teen. My depression highs coinside with my weight gain, and I do alot of emotional eating. My top weight was about 245. A few years ago my mom introduced me to a way of eating called Natural Hygiene. The book I read that introduced me to this is called Fit For Life by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond. I have always been a large eater. My family use to call me hollow leg because about 20-30 minutes after eating a meal I would want to eat again, which I now contribute to the low nutrient foods I must have been eating. Whenever I've done this diet I have gotten down to around 170. I will go all the way this time, and really will make this my lifestyle. Right before I got pregnant with my last daughter I ate vegan for 1 month and then raw vegan for 2 months. I really enjoy it, but my husband and children don't really join me in eating this way. So there are still temptations all around me.
