Members profiles:
25 years old, married for 2 years, active, but not a ton to do in my town and people are not usually super active here. Not unhealthy, getting thicker round the middle, gained about 10 lbs last year, yikes! I work for a Christian non-profit with college students (InterVarsity anyone?) and have a really hard time eating healthy with them. Lots of snacks, ice cream, and fast food.

46, custodian, married

I'm 30 years old, newly married, hit 220 for the first time (in a long time). During highschool in my junior year I was in the 170's while in track. I'd love to be back to that weight.

,I'm going to lose 40 pounds by my 40th birthday, which will put me at 170 pounds---not my final goal, but a reasonable weight for my 5'9" frame. I have 6 kids, and am about to move for the third time in 5 years.

I am a 43 year old professional Mom. I have a full life that often causes stress but always gives me joy. I am what my kids jokingly call a seafatarian. I have a vegatarian and seafood diet.( No LANDROVERS!) I prefer organic foods and feel MUCH MUCH better when I stick to them. I am happy but unhealthy. I want to get beyond the bulge for a fuller life

I love the outdoors, music and gardening. My husband and I have a new house that I'm constantly thinking of new projects for and trying to keep clean and organized, because I can be a bit OCD. As you can imagine, exercise and proper meal planning often take a backseat to these other "obligations". I want to have kids sometime soon and I'd like to get my eating/cooking habits where they need to be before then.

I'm 32, married, and have 3 kids 5 and under. I work full time.

Really good at starting but need a push to keep going
