I am 25 married with 3 kids under 5. I live in Australia and study Law and Commerce full time at universitys. Im also my hubands secretary to his own business. Life is hectic and I struggle to find time time to exercise and often eat badly. I can barely recognise myself and know its time to make a change.

I'm 22 years old.. I have a 3 year old son I weight 85kg and i want to lost 25kg :)
