I guess it's time to do a little updating, although there really isn't much to do update. I am 31 years old now and currently not working and having a hard time finding a job which really makes me feel depressed. Which isn't a good thing when you're trying to lose weight in my opinion.

If have lost weight over and over most of my life. My weight hasn't bothered me that much till now but as I get older it is affecting my knees, legs etc.

I'm 29 years old, 5'9" (although sometimes I'm more like 5'10"). I'm married to a wonderful guy, and have 3 kitties. I enjoy going out, watching cartoons (I'm a kid at heart), and working out. I do suffer from depression, and working out, eating healthy, and losing weight really help me overcome it. That's why it's so important for me to succeed.

Almost fully recovered from injuring both knees last winter, and am finding getting back in shape much slower, harder this go round without running. Losing 20 pounds with exercise will get me to my best weight and fitness level. I am 5'11" , adn 49 y.o.

I'm a tv reporter and I'm 32 years old. I started binge eating 4 years ago for various reasons. I've just begun to get serious about losing weight. I've lost 18 pounds in the past 3 months, the most I've lost in a long, long time. No secret, just cutting down food and lots of working out.

I am nearly 50 years old, with a son in college and a 13-yr-old daughter. I am a singer and also work part-time in a ticket office. My husband is a cabinet maker and we are trying to climb out of a major rut!
