I am 37 years old and the proud mother of three sons ages 21, 19 and 13. I am going through some major changes in my life right now and feel this weight loss would be a postive step in the right direction.

I am a 33 year old mom to one 6 year old girl. I have been married just over one year, to a great man whom I met on Match.com. He has been extremely supportive in my decision to get my butt in gear. My daughter has been bruttally honest, which has been a wake up call for me. I remember what it was like growing up with a mom who was overweight, and how much I hated people teasing me, about why I was skinny. I do not want my daughter to ever experience that shame.

I'm 39, married, with 3 step-children & 2 grandchildren. I'm a Human Resources Manager full-time and part-time writer. My weight yo-yoed for years, but over the past 10 years has increased by over 100 lbs. I quit smoking 6 years ago and most of the gain has been since then. I doubt I will ever be thin, but I'd like to weigh less and be healthy.

I am a 37 and have 2 teenage boys. One lives with me and the other with his father. I have never had a good self image of myself..when I was younger I was about 135 lbs, which is my goal weight but I had such low self esteem that I thought I was HUGE..As I got married, had kids and got divorced the pounds piled on. I am now at 245 lbs and I am beginning to experience the physical problems that go along with obesity and getting older. I work 2 jobs, a sit down job 8 hours a day 5 days a week and an on my feet job 3 hours a night 5 days a week

I am a 46 year old nurse with 4 boys (26, 22, 17, 14) I love the outdoors but find it hard to do the things I love with all this extra weight. I want to get back into shape and get back to the things I love to do.

Im a 19 year old, I have been over most of my life. I have tried many different diets before, but it was hard for me to stick to them because of the kind of work i was doing. Tomorrow I will be starting the Fat Smash Diet. I have confidence in myself that I can achieve my goal.

I have always been the chubby girl. I have gone through periods of my life where I lose a substantial amount of weight, then I hit the 4 month curse, a severe relapse and gain all the weight back. I

I am a married lady to a wonderful husband. I have no children of my own. I do have two 6 month old puppies. One is a pug and one is a beagle. I do alot of snacking and eating out

I am 51, married 31 years, mother of 2, son is 27 and daughter is 23. Have 1 grandson, age 5. My husband and I are both retired and loving it. Working on an overhaul of eating habits and exercise habits. Currently work out 4 times a week for 45 minutes at the local Curves. Currently following their high carb diet. This is working well as I have been losing each week for the past month. Sweets are my weakness. I have had to say goodbye to those for now. I have tried many methods and have not had this much success to date. Always struggled with weight. I am determined to not be 52 and still struggling.

I have been heavy my entire life, Ive tried alll different kinds of diets, but after a few weeks i'd get frustrated and quit. I have never truly stuck with a diet for a long period of time. I have finally decided that I want this for myself. I want to live long, happy, healthy life. I will not let my weight hold me back any longer!

I am 39, married with 3 amazing daughters and an amazing grand daughter. I HATE being fat but can't seem to get past the depression long enough to get motivated to actually start moving. I am a Human Resources Manager, with long stressful days. I know the deal, I've had the trainer and I don't have any wierd eating issues, just too depressed and exhausted to get off the couch.
