I am a 25 year old college student in dire need of some motivation. I need to lose 30 pounds so I can feel like myself again. I am so tired of not wanting to go anywhere or see old friends and I am too darn young to not be confident.

I am 43 and a stay at home mom to two great boys.

I am a 33 year old SAHM of a wonderful 2 year old boy and a military wife for 10 years. I am a size 16 at 5'1' and I feel like a rolly poley! I work out and count calories but my weight is stubborn. I need motivation and encouragement to on keep trying.

I am a 19 year old college sophomore who has tried every single diet tha exists, and I am finally ready to start a routine for me, that helps me feel the absolute best I can!

I am 30 years old, work full time, have two kids a dog and all the rest

45 year old female, single, 2 kids, a dog, and 2 cats

Newly separated from 5 year marriage. Interior decorator with own business. No children, three roommates, two cats.

I am a 31 year old married woman who has gotten way out of shape! Been working too many hours and decent eating habits and working out have both been moved to the back burner. I've lost 10 pounds and my energy--and I want it back!

I'm a first time Work at Home mom. I find since I have quit my job to work at home, and even moreso, since I weaned my daughter the weight is coming on with a vengeance. I live in the middle of nowhere, with a serious meat eater, and have a hard time sticking to things due to lack of support and a serious difference between what's called for on a diet and what my husband will eat. Looking for support and people to work with to make this a life long habit, automatic ~ don't have to think about it eating.

I'm a 22 y/o working in an office setting. I sit around all day and by 5 pm I'm ready to go home and crash. I will be starting school in January (Surgical Tech) .

I'm a SAHM and massage therapist.

I'm 25 years old. I'm a single mom. My son is 15 months. I haven't really been to activie since I had my son and I'm very flabby. I had a C-section and my belly... I just hate it. Need to tone up!!!!!

I am 31, married and have 2 very active girls, aged 11 and 5. I am 5' 3" and around 240 lbs??? I was a VERY active kid with sports and school and when I had my first daughter (when I was 19) that all changed! I live in a rural community and only have dial up :o( I am definately not a "girly girl" and Iove the outdoors and animals. (Hoping to eventually have a hobby farm)

Hey!! I am an outgoing, ambitious person who loves living life to the fullest! I am currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Communications. I work for a television publication company in the DFW area, and love every minute of it! I have a busy work/social life, and often make excuses for why I don't have time to exercise or prepare a healthy meal. Believe it or not, there are times I am content with my body, thus making it even harder to follow through with any diet decisions I make.

I just turned 40 (wow, it doesn’t feel to good to admit that!!!!!) and am sick and tired of the yo yo diet thing that I've been doing since my first diet at the tender age of 12. I have about 120 or 130 pounds to lose. I’m currently 265 and I’ve lost 3 pounds the past two weeks on E2L. I’m totally done with weight being an issue in my life….being the BIGGEST, most important issue in my life, which is a constant source of pain and torturer from the time I wake up in the morning until I finally fall asleep at night. I suffer from acute depression and I HATE to exercise so this is a huge challenge……. My kids are older now (21, 19, & 17) so I can focus on me now. I'm getting ready to start college (yeah, it's late, but I've been doing the mommy, wifey thing since I was 18 so I was kind of busy) and am ready for a new life. I can't take my health for granted any more. I've got to conquer this once and for all! My weight is directly tied to my self esteem, self worth and self confidence and now that I’ve hit 40 I’m not going to take any crap any more from anyone….and that includes from myself!

I am a 5' 2", 38 year "young", lacto-vegetarian East Asian (Indian) woman, who has slowly but surely crept back up to a whopping 152 lbs, the heaviest I've ever been! I take full responsibilty for my present physical state, and attribute it entirely to my mind-less eating habits, poor food choices and phycially inactive/somewhat sedentrary lifestyle. It's no longer about merely suriving - it's all about "thriving" now!

I am an organic kosher chef at a retreat and conference center. I have seven children in my life of whom 5 are married. I specialize in Sephardic cooking and I have a passion for the hospitality business.

I am the mother of a beautiful 3 year old girl. I am struggling in my marriage but want to make it work for us and our child. I am a medical school grad who took off time for family and now am studying for the licensing exam. I am 80 lbs overweight and I want to change that.
