My name is Michelle...I am the woman in the photo with the microphone. I love singing with my big band, but really want to lose the excess weight in order to feel good standing up in front of an audience. Any one out there with the same goal?

I started taking Chun Kuk Do (Chuck Norris' Style) when I was 15 and I still havent stuck with it enough to get my black belt, Ive been a red belt for a long time.I got sick a year ago and put on alot of weight...
Just turned 40 - Ugh! Married to a wonderfully wacky bass player. Two beautiful kiddos; Kayleigh 14 and Daniel 11. Assistant to the VP of Implementation of a Fortune 15 company. I'm the resident lunatic of the company!
My favorite things to do are sew or read. I enjoy exercising with groups but I live in a very isolated area and do not have access to groups. I find it difficult to exercise alone which is one of the reasons I have been overweight since my baby (age 31) was born.
34 YO female, no children, engaged to an intelligent, kind, funny, and wonderfully weird (not to mention handsome) man, who is a video game designer. :) He's not even going to see this either... LOL I recently finished my graduate degree (MSEd in Health Promotion) and just accepted a full time position as an education specialist. I overcame bulimia in Spring 2004 and have since been on a journey to be healthier, treat myself right, and hopefully lose some weight and get fit in the process! Weight has fluctuated from 117-165+? (I'm 5'2 1/2").
Hi, my name is Chris and I am 18. I weigh about 270 and I would love to shed off at least 70. I am a full time student and work at Target for 30 hours. My family has a long history of diabetes and I know If I keep living like I am, I will be in their shoes before I know it. I tend to be very insecure about myself, I just want to take my shirt off and feel like I have something to show! You know? And I need the confidence to ever land a date.
I am 31(almost), married with a 2 year old and am a singer in an electronic music group called EmBrace. By day I work for the state of Nevada with the Health Department.
I am a 36 year old wife and SAHM of a 2-year old and a 10 year old. I am also, and foremost, a Christian who loves Christ Jesus and seeks to glorify Him in spirit and in body. Visit my blog at: http://pro31woman.blogspot.com
College junior majoring in vocal performance.
I'm Em. I'm an aspiring singer. I've tried to break into the industry but have not been very successful. I've realized that as a 'brand' you represent your whole package, the voice, the talent. everything, and until I get my outward appearance set. It's one less thing that can hurt me in my strive to be in the business. Thats my dream; to be a singer. The goals i have set deal with my real life right now. They're things i know are happening.
I am about to face my first finals week of my college career. I love music so much that it is my major. I use music to keep me going when I run. I find it inspiring. I am 18 years old. I have never once felt skinny in my life. Maybe you prefer I use the term "fit" or "trim.". I was in ballet when I was five and my mother had a picture of me in my tutu framed and when she tried to put it up in the living room I bawled and told her she had to put it in her bedroom where no one else could see it. I didn't want anyone to see how fat I looked. I was five. I want to feel skinny. I don't want to be unhealthy, I just want to feel the way I never have before.
I am a 23 year old, single female, who has been overweight my entire life. I have progressively gotten bigger with each passing year. Despite my weight of over 300 lbs, I am very mobile and active. I have played tennis in both High School and College. I enjoy exercise, but I don't make it a priority in my life.
